About

A planning practice built around infrastructure ledgers

InteliInfra exists for enterprise finance teams who need audit plans that survive contact with real CapEx and facilities spend — not generic risk templates.

Origin

The practice began in Taichung after years of watching year-end infrastructure audits stall because sampling frames were drafted after fieldwork had already started. Controllers were asked to explain landlord recoveries and CIP cut-offs under time pressure. We formed InteliInfra to move that work earlier: plan first, test second.

How we approach clients

We sit with finance and facilities in the same room. Category disputes are documented, not smoothed over. Every engagement ends with a memo and a kickoff pack your team can reuse next year with modest refresh, not a dependency on perpetual retainers.

Where we work

Our office is at No.158, Ind. 11th Rd. in Tali, Taichung Hsien. Workshops are held on-site at client locations across Taiwan when the ledger and the plant need to be discussed together. Document review can proceed remotely once extracts are in hand.
