Refunds and cancellations

Scope

These terms apply to professional engagements booked with InteliInfra (audit planning, mapping, population cleanup, and briefing packs). This site does not sell physical goods or software subscriptions.

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how far the engagement has progressed and whether a deposit or milestone invoice has been paid under a signed confirmation.

Full refund

If you cancel in writing before kickoff and before we have opened document review, fees paid are refunded in full within fourteen business days.

Partial refund

If work has started (document review, workshop preparation, or draft drafting), we refund the unused portion after deducting time already incurred at the rates stated in the engagement confirmation. Completed milestones are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

• Completed deliverables already accepted (signed planning memo, delivered briefing pack, finalized population file)
• Third-party travel booked at your request after written approval
• Rush premiums once the rush window has begun

Deposits

The 40% kickoff invoice on flagship engagements is applied to the final fee. It is refundable only under the full-refund rule above. After kickoff work begins, the deposit is credited against incurred time.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule workshops with at least five business days’ notice where possible. Shorter notice may incur a rescheduling fee covering facilitator time already blocked. No-shows for confirmed workshops without notice forfeit the workshop allocation for that week; a new date is quoted separately.

Work already started

Drafts, working notes, and partial populations remain InteliInfra working papers until fees for that stage are settled. Upon settlement of incurred time, agreed partial deliverables are released.

Refund process and method

Email hello@inteliinfra.digital with your engagement reference. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Bank processing times may add several days.
