Data we collect

Contact forms collect name, email, engagement interest, optional site/entity notes, and message content. Engagement work may involve business contact details and professional documents you supply. Server logs may record IP address and browser type for security.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, perform contracted engagements, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement records are retained for the period required by applicable professional and tax rules, typically seven years, then securely deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and other applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and may inquire about automated decisions (we do not use automated decision-making for client intake). Send requests to hello@inteliinfra.digital.

International transfers

If tools used to host email or files process data outside Taiwan, we apply contractual and organizational safeguards appropriate to the transfer. Engagement documents remain under controls agreed in the engagement letter.
