By accessing inteliinfra.digital or engaging InteliInfra for professional work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission services described here.

Services described

Pages describing engagements are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties sign a scoping confirmation or engagement letter stating fees, deliverables, and timeline.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and graphics, belongs to InteliInfra or its licensors. Planning memos and kickoff packs delivered under a paid engagement are licensed to the client for internal use; redistribution to third parties outside the audit team requires prior written consent.

No assurance opinion

Unless an engagement letter expressly states otherwise, our planning work does not constitute an audit opinion, review conclusion, or other assurance under professional standards.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InteliInfra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from reliance on informational materials alone. For paid engagements, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where limitation is prohibited.

User conduct

You may not misuse contact forms, attempt unauthorized access to site infrastructure, or submit unlawful content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements contracted under them, unless an engagement letter specifies a different forum.
